Terms and Conditions
The role of Taylor Safaris Ltd, hereafter referred to as Taylor Safaris, is to create tours and itineraries that fit the requirements of our customers. In doing so, we may use independent suppliers for the provision of selected services. Whatever the case, we accept responsibility for the proper performance of your contract with us subject to the following booking conditions.
Published prices are based on costs at the time of publication. We reserve the right to change published prices at any time before your booking is made.
RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT
Bookings are valid and confirmed once we receive 60% of the quoted booking price.
We currently accept wire transfers and direct cash payments. We will be accepting major Credit Cards and PayPal soon.
CANCELLATION AND LAST MINUTE CHANGES
Any cancellation by the paying client will be charged a 15% fee of the total quoted price plus any fees the bank charges for their services. We allow last minute changes as long as we have received the 60% advance or if joining a safari or a walk in safari arrangement then we require cash payments as other means of payments take longer processing. And due to fraud and bank regulations, we only accept US Dollars of dates 2006 and above, of 100 and 50 bills denominations only.
